FSC Global have added white and violet colour options to the TruHD range of Cat 6A HDBaseT Recommended cables. Ideal for fast data and media transmission around the home, including 4K video, Cat 6A is a perfect solution for the modern building.
HDBaseT is the leading standard for distribution of uncompressed HD media over a single cable, with runs up to 100m. The HDBaseT standard allows distribution of HD video, audio, 100BaseT Ethernet, power and control all across a single cable, delivering full HD, 3D and 4K video. High-quality audio formats including Dolby Digital, Dolby TrueHD and DTS HD-Master Audio are all supported. Ethernet distribution, control and up to 100W DC power (PoE) are also delivered across the same cable. Using cables that have been tested and passed the HDBaseT standard ensures network performance with compatible equipment.
CPR-Compliant to Class B2ca
The Cat 6A HDBaseT cable has undergone rigorous testing by an authorised test house and is now classified to Class B2ca. This Euroclass includes an additional test to measure smoke density, acidity of gas given off and burning droplets falling from the cable.
This high-performance Cat 6A cable is available in LSHF (Low Smoke Halogen Free) and is stocked on bulk reels of 100m, 200m and 500m reels as well as cut-to-length.
