FSC Global is delighted to announce we have achieved Cyber Essentials Plus Certification.

Commenting on the award MD Gavin Clements said “We take data management very seriously and this certification demonstrates that the security measures we have in place are of the highest standard. The implemented systems are specifically designed to secure our customer and supplier data and to remove the risk of any breach on our systems. In addition to the security issues we have also reinforced our business continuity and disaster recovery plan so not only is our data safe from cyber threats the BCDR plan we have in place will ensure we are able to support our customer requirements should the worst happen ”

The Cyber Essentials Plus scheme provides an independent assessment of security controls that organisations should have in place to protect against internet-based threats. The scheme is aligned with the primary objective of the National Cyber Security Strategy to make the UK a safer place to conduct business online by building a vibrant, resilient and secure cyberspace.

IASME conducted the onsite technical review which included a stringent assessment of the organisation network security, simulated cyber-attacks as well as reviewing documented evidence of compliance.

Cyber Essentials is supported by the National Cyber Security Centre, a part of GCHQ. See further information here or to view the certificate, click here.
