FSC Global staff have successfully taken part in the St Albans Half Marathon again this year.

Sponsorship money raised by the team went to supporting the British Heart Foundation Charity, the biggest funder of heart and circulatory research in the UK.

Donations kindly made by fellow members of staff, friends and family were gratefully received via the JustGiving website and exceeded £800, with promises of more to come!

FSC were presented with the Business Shield award at the end of the event on the 13th June for having the largest team contribution at this year's Half Marathon.

Eleven members either walked or ran the gruelling 13.1 mile course, the highest number of entries from any local business. Daniel Butterfield, Gavin Clements, Becky Wills, Lynn Hammond, Rosie Howell-Hughes, Katy Johnson, Frances Jordan, Greig Martens, Matt Morland, Chloe Rimmer and Marnie Wennington all successfully completed their event.

Although the FSC Team will be tending to their sore feet, they are already looking forward to contributing to next year's St Albans Half Marathon.

FSC Global would like to say a big thank you to those of you who supported this charity event!
